Corbin Introduces Trunk Box For 2014 Indian Chieftain

Corbin engineers wasted no time getting to work and designing a new spacious Trunk Box for the 2014 Indian Chieftain. The new cargo carrier features 47 liters of storage... or enough to hold a full face helmet with room to spare. Fully lockable with a lined interior and color-matched exterior, the weather stripped Corbin Trunk Box looks like an extension of the factory bodywork, providing a very clean look and disguising the large storage capacity. Hand painted and finished to coordinate with OEM paint colors, it includes polished aluminum struts and rack for simple installation.

It also includes a passenger backrest pad and armrests covered in genuine leather and uses the same Comfort Cell foam as Corbin’s saddles to provide firm support. Ergonomic design gives a sculpted fit to the body for maximum contact area and good weight distribution. Tasteful diamond stitch pattern adds a nice custom touch. Corbin will gladly coordinate the trunk components to your existing Corbin saddle (if equipped).

A safety note: Corbin’s Trunk Box is constructed of polyurethane material which is extremely durable and strong. However, it is NOT a good idea to load heavy items into a motorcycle trunk; by nature, trunks tend to ride high and too far rearward to handle weight properly. Reserve that trunk space for lighter items like helmets, rain suits and laptops. Although it may withstand greater weights, we recommend a maximum load of 10 pounds.

Installation is simple and suitable for the average weekend mechanic. We include a four piece, machined aluminum rack system that integrates with the accessory mounting "spools" on the Indian fender.
