Suzuki Boulevard 2013 Lineup | Back On The Boulevard

Not long after we went to press with last issue's Buyers Guide, Suzuki decided to announce its full 2013 motorcycle lineup and add more new models—that obviously didn't make it into our Guide.

The notably larger 2013 lineup includes a full complement of 800s this year. Of note is the newly-sleekened M50 that's back in the Boulevard line for 2013, sporting a front headlight treatment more closely mimicking its bigger M90 and M109 brothers; MSRP is $8799. The C50 Special Edition ($8799) also joins the line as the more tricked-out custom version of the popular and affordable C50 model ($8399) featuring a two-tone finish and cast wheels. The flagship M109R muscle cruiser ($14,299) gets slotted back into the mix too, and is available as a special Limited Edition with customized two-tone finish and graphics as well (with a retail of $14,799).

But the Boulevard series' big highlight for 2013 is the "all-new" C90T B.O.S.S. The fresh middleweight is taking up the slot vacated by the previous C90T model, and the B.O.S.S. edition (Blacked-Out-Special-Suzuki) is distinguished by a blacked-out treatment. See our First Ride impressions of the C90T B.OS.S. on page 26.

Suzuki also announced a standard C90T version of the machine, which gets the same 1462cc SOHC V-twin powerplant and most of the same components, but adds a bit more chrome, as well as some color. Options include Candy Sonoma Red/Glass Sparkle Black or Solid Special White No.2/Solid Iron Gray; MSRP is yet to be determined, and availability should be sometime in April. Suzuki also says a C90 non-touring version is on tap, likely as a 2014 early-release model.
